I harvested nearly 3 lbs of Yukon Gold Potatoes, 1 lb of carrots, 2 lbs of lettuce and beet greens, and 0.5 lbs of beets. Sorry they are not all pictured but they were delicious.
Great harvest! Your potatoes and carrots look really good. This is my first year to grow potatoes, and I couldn't wait to try my Yukon Gold! Had some for dinner last night, and they were awesome. ~~Lori

Oh wow look at all those potatoes. So pretty. My potatoes are just starting to poke through the soil. So I have a long way before harvest time.
